User Policy
If any of the following circumstances showed occur, we would prohibit your entrance and use of the facilities.
- *When we acknowledge any disturbances of the public order or any annoyance and bad manners to the public.
- *When we acknowledge the damage or in fear of ruin the equipment and facilities.
- *Other hindrance that might be acknowledged.
- Responsibilities

Please do not defile, damage, or lose the equipment and building when using.We would charge the cost for the damage that you have caused to the equipment and facilities.
- Please note when using

- Refrain from eating, drinking and smoking in the conference room.
- No alcohol allowed in the room.
- We can not be held responsible for any robbery or other accident that might have occurred.
- Time of use

- Available from 7:00 to 23:00 (Japan Standard Time) on normal business days.
- We close on Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, the year end and new year holidays (except for those days when advanced reservations are made).
- You may start using the room 15 minutes before the time of the conference.
- Minimum use is for one hour. Over the hour the charge is calculated based on 15minutes increments.
- Charges

- Charges are calculated by the transmission made from the VTV's conference room plus the charge for the telecommunication circuit.
- Excluding the use of the overseas studio. （Available on request）
- The use of telephone, fax machine, photocopier would be charged by the cost price.
- In the case of the payment from the overseas we request an additional bank charge of 4,000 yen
- Excluding consumption tax.
- The charges quoted are subject to change without notice.
- Test for connections

- Before the conference, we test for the connection in order to avoid any potential troubles.
（If for your certain reasons you could not have the test and you have some troubles of connection on the conference day we still charge for the use of the room.） - The time of the test is between 8:00 and 19:00（Japan Standard Time）. If you require different time for the test, additional fee will be charged.
- Due to the location or premises of your partner we may not be able to offer our services.
- Before the conference, we test for the connection in order to avoid any potential troubles.
- Cancellations
- Cancellation within 24 hours will be accessed a 50% Basic Charge.
